GSP Community Partnership

The GSP is a partnership that wants residents and organisations active in the area to work together, to look at the needs of the area and how we can make it an even better place in which to live.

The St Thomas Ward of the City and County of Swansea lies adjacent to the old Docks area of Swansea and much of its physical, economic and social development over the years has been linked to the activities of the Docks site.

Large parts of the brown-field waterfront acreage of the old Docks site are now being developed by the WDA in a multi-million pound project branded as SA1 Swansea Waterfront.

GSP stands for the Grenfell Park, St Thomas, Port Tennant Partnership. This was established as a group name to start the regeneration process in the area, and represents the geographical area covered by the partnership.
